You can return items to us if you change your mind but,

The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

The item returned must be sealed and what Ocker games deems to be in a sellable condition.

The shipping and the return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

There are no refunds for a change of mind. On return we will then credit your account or allow an exchange.

Incorrect or faulty products:

If there are any issues with items received from Ocker games. Please contact us at sales@ockergames.com.au within 30 days of delivery and we will try and fix any issues as quickly as possible.

 A photo of any fault with an item will help us fix your issue and help with the process.

If there are missing components, please contact the publisher of the game. But if they are not able to fix any issue or you are just having troubles in contacting the publisher, please contact us and we will try to fix any problems you may have.

Damaged items

If a package from Ocker games is received damaged, please immediately take photos of the package before opening it.

Then take photos of any damaged items, then immediately contact us and we will endeavour to fix any issues.
